DESCRIPTION

Your playroom becomes a friendly neighborhood with the addition of one of our new child-size House Chairs! Simple shapes and a natural finish let a child's imagination explore and create stories of a busy home or town. Design-savvy parents will appreciate the clean lines and playful architectural shapes.

A chair from the Neighborhood Collection of Children's Furniture is a timeless gift that will be enjoyed by the entire family, for years to come.  The Modern House Chair by Paloma's Nest is entirely hand crafted of eco-friendly, non-toxic birch plywood, and is intended for children ages 3 and up. A special seat for reading, visiting, or snack time, this is a chair that you will want to display for everyone in your home to see. Windows, doors and architectural details *just so happen to work perfectly* with your child's toy cars, dolls, and doll furniture... inspiring hours of busy playtime. Our Modern design is inspired by the innovative homes of the mid-to-late 20th century in the United States.

All edges are rounded smooth, and joints are hidden and secured with wooden biscuits; meaning there are no screws or small parts to come loose. All pieces are finished with a very durable, water-borne, non-toxic natural varnish to protect the wood and ensure that the pieces can be easily wiped clean of fingerprints (and peanut butter & jelly).
